The My Voice Media Centers No Stigma Speakers Bureau is a public speaking session. We come together twice a month and help one another write and practice telling our stories of wellness and recovery. We help educate the community on Mental health by sharing our lived experiences.
The NSSB had a wonderful time being interviewed on a film being made about mental health and stigma. The film is being made by the MHSA Community Outreach Team. It is titled "Untangling Roots Cultivating Wellness and Recovery". Look for it this may on SOCIAL MEDIA and TV.

If you would like to join the No Stigma Speakers Bureau we meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at the My Voice Media Center. Located at 340 East Oak St. in Visalia from 12:00-1:00.
To join the No Stigma Speakers Bureau you must be a participant at the My Voice Media Center, a community outreach for adults who have a lived experience with mental health in their lives.
