Thursday, June 20th is INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA!
To celebrate this wonderful day, I encourage you to breathe, stretch, and join My Voice Media Center's Art of Movement session to relax on FRIDAY. The session, Art of Movement focuses on movement such as artful posing techniques, chair yoga, floor yoga, dance therapy, and flagging.
The session has become a loved session on Fridays from 2-3 pm, for participants to enjoy their artful techniques.
