Blue, a color of many paintings!

This December, Sapphire blue is our theme's color.

My Voice Media Center Hopes everyone has a great Christmas.

We know that sometimes the cold, wet weather can sometimes make us feel Blue. If you are having a hard time this winter please feel free to come in and Talk with Olivia our peer support specialist.

This winter try and set some goals.

Maybe get together with a friend and grab a cup of coffee.

Take your dog for a nice walk once or twice a week

Be around people who make you smile

Create art
