Stepping Out for Mental Health: NAMI Walk 2025

We're excited to share that the NAMI Walk for Tulare County is just around the corner! On September 27th from 9am-12pm at Del Lago Park, community members will come together to raise awareness, celebrate resilience, and support mental health.

Last year, the My Voice Media Center team took home first place in the T-shirt design contest! Will we hold onto the title this year? Come out and cheer us on to find out!

The NAMI Walk is a great way to enjoy the beautiful weather while taking a nice stroll with a friend. During this event, we celebrate connection, community, and the encouraging message that no one walks their mental health journey alone.
