May Update
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and this year, we're diving into the color of Ocean Blue and the theme Hang Loose & Shatter the Silence. It's a month to uplift one another, speak openly about mental health, and celebrate how creativity and connection support our wellness. We've got a packed calendar of upcoming events that aim to do just that.

Session Spotlight: DRAWING
Our drawing sessions are all about relaxing, experimenting, and enjoying the process. There's no pressure to make something perfect...just bring your curiosity! Whether you're sketching from your imagination or doodling what you see, it's a fun way to express yourself and connect with others in a creative space.

At-Home Activity: Ocean Doodle Flow
Inspired by this month's theme and color, take a few minutes to sketch your own "ocean of emotion". Use flowing lines, waves, sea creatures, or shapes that represent how you're feeling. Let it be freeform. No rules, just expression. All you need is paper and something to draw with. Want to add color? Blues greens, and aquas can help set the tone.
